Fermacell Jointstik greenline 

A ready-mixed adhesive designed for jointing square-edged fermacell Gypsum Fibreboards on walls and ceilings, and fermacell Powerpanel H2O in high-humidity areas.

Hazard label-free and low in harmful substances, this adhesive contains no isocyanates, plasticizers, silicone or solvents.

It bonds and fills joints simultaneously without foaming, creating tough-elastic joints with no cracking when applied correctly.

The specialised applicator nozzle dispenses the precise amount of adhesive directly into the joint centre, ensuring optimal coverage and full board strength even for unsupported horizontal joints.

Easy to apply and clean, Jointstick greenline delivers high joint strength and professional results.

Tested by eco-Institut Cologne and compliant with A0 fire classification standards.

Consumption - approx. 20 ml/meter run of joint (d=10/12.5 mm)

Installation Guidance:

The fermacell Jointstick greenline is applied to the centre of the board edge as a flat bead with the help of the attached adhesive nozzle.  

The next board is then tightly butted and fixed to the first board within 10 minutes. The maximum joint width is 1 mm.

At a room temperature of +15 °C to +25 °C, the adhesive will be fully cured  after approx. 18 to 36 hours.

The excess adhesive is then completely scraped off, e.g.with the fermacell glue scraper or a spatula.  

The joint area and the removed adhesive are then smoothed over with fermacell or Powerpanel filling compounds depending on the desired surface quality.

The adhesive temperature should be at least +10 °C. The material and room temperature must not exceed +5 °C. Furthermore, the corresponding processing instructions shall apply.  

The special adhesive nozzle is guided to the board edge and ensures the exact quantity of adhesive for 10 and 12.5 mm board thicknesses. With regard to boards with a thickness of 15 and 18 mm, the nozzle must be cut. The quantity of adhesive shall increase accordingly.
