At Sound Insulation Shop, we want to ensure your space achieves the acoustic comfort you deserve. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and undamaged soundproofing materials within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the acoustic products you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack with Care

  Securely package the items in their original industrial packaging to prevent damage to specialized foam or heavy-duty insulation layers during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Materials

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that heavy freight items may require a scheduled pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
