Installation Guidance

• Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, and level.

• When used beneath carpet, install Soundmass Self-Adhesive Perimeter Strip to maintain isolation under gripper rods.

• For glued installation, use Mapei Ultrabond Eco VS90 Plus with a 3mm notched trowel.

• If overlaying with chipboard, lay 18mm–22mm T&G boards, securing joints with adhesive and isolating perimeters using dB RD Flanking Strip.

• Always follow best acoustic practice by sealing edges with a suitable acoustic sealant.
